Refund & Returns Policy

At letter-print menswear, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our Refunds and Returns Policy will guide you through the process of returning your item(s) and receiving a refund or exchange.

1. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item(s) must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • The item(s) must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
  • The item(s) must be returned in their original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom or personalized items
  • Items purchased on final sale or with a “no return” policy clearly stated

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Customer Support: Email us at [email protected] with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. Receive Return Authorization: Our customer support team will review your request and, if eligible, provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions.
  3. Package the Item(s): Securely package the item(s) you wish to return, including the original packing slip, and write the RA number on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship the Package: Ship the package to the address provided by our customer support team. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item(s).

4. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item(s) and inspect them, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Please note:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If the item(s) returned are not in their original condition, a restocking fee may be applied, or the return may be rejected.

5. Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us at [email protected]. We will provide instructions for returning the original item(s) and placing a new order for the replacement item(s).

6. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item received). In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

7. International Returns

For international returns, customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes associated with returning the item(s). We recommend marking the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges.

8. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damaged or defective item. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as soon as possible.
